Every time I got their with VMK Pal I get this

And when I use AOL It just freezes and close.

Anyone getting the same problem?

nope but u should try not using Vmkpal and go on regular Vmk from the website maybe that will work and also u dont need just Vmkpal to take pics of the screen u can just hit the

Button and then u go to your paint and Hit Ctrl V at the same time and edit from there then save it into your pictures file and attach it anywhere
