I'm confused..where do I edit my userpage?

U have to buy it. It says on ur main page how to get it. :)

if u have a userpage, go to user cp and click edit user page, and u will edit ur user page LOL

I didnt think i had it until i clicked on my name and I clicked on userpage in the corner and it said this user has not created a userpage so im not sure if you have to buy it
