Welcome to the exciting new fan club for people who like the Disney Channel!! This is a great place to discuss latest episodes, juicy celebrity gossip, newest DCOM movies, and the ever so popular High School Musical! Including the easy organization of the club, this experience is a great addition to the vmkforums. Why? you may ask. Well here are a few reasons:

1.)It will be beneficial to the vmkforums moderators because its allows easy placement for the off-topic disney channel threads. Recently I have noticed the abundence of Disney Channel threads, due to the fact Disney announced its cancellation of Phil of the Future as well as the production of Harversham Hall and a new animated series.
2.)With recent additions to VMK, and the on going increasing of members, more and more rules are being broken each day, therefore the off-topic board is overlooked, because and only logically is it not top priority. If i can reduce the number of threads in the section, not only would it help out the mods, but also decrease the number of complaints.
3.)Alot of members have shown interest in the Disney Channel old and new. This is a great way to discuss the past,present and future of the Disney Channel.

Along with reasons why it would be beneficial, I am also including a full layout of what the user Group would look like. Here below this is a layout of the user group, to better you guys as well as the ones setting it up.

Sign in here!- here is a place that will feature a default questionaire of your favorite shows, actors, commericals, etc. its also a great place to get to know fellow fans and what they like.
Disney Live!- this is the section to discuss the 5 live action sitcoms feautured on the Disney Channel, and they are: That's so Raven, The Suite Life of Zach and Cody, Hannah Montana, Naturally Sadie, and Life with Derek.
Cancelled?!- as seeing there are several fans upset about the recent cancellation of Phil of the Future, this will be the place to dispell rumors, post official press releases, dive deeper into the 65 episode rule and also Discuss Cancelled shows such as Phil of the Future , Lizzie Mcguire etc.
The Tween Years- In the begining of 2000, Disney released the promotion of the newest addition to the family, the zoogs! ever since then, Disney has been impacted by its Tween audience and its growing popularity. This will be the place to discuss, shows such as Famous Jett Jackson, So weird, Smart Guy, Bug Juice, etc.
The Vintage Years- For more of the Adult fans, but still fans none the less! This will be the place to remember the good ol' shows featuring, Zorro, Vault Disney, The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet, Mickey Mouse Club and the good ol' Love Bug.
Cartoon Disney- For the fans of cartoon, here is the discussion place to feauture, The Proud Family, The Emperor's New School, Buzz on Maggie, American Dragon: Jake Long, Brandy and Mr.Whiskers, and Kim Possible.
Disney Promo- Disney's been creating some clever advertisements over the past, here we can dicuss recent episodes of Mike's Super Short Show, Disney 411, Check this Kid Out. etc
DC Trivia!- This will be the place to post Trivia over our favorite TV-Shows!
Artista!- The place to Post, Print and Create! This is the place to show off your favorite Disney Channel artwork, artpads, wallpapers, celebrity pics, anything artsie, this is where you post it!

As you can see, just joining the club is the begining to a great experience. There is always room for expansion if anyone feels like there is something missing, fill me in! As always we're here to please, and I hope you can enjoy this club as Much as I would. Remember to follow the vmkforum guidelines, as they still apply even in the fan club, but other then that have fun!!

I forgot to mention that I would be interested in Vintage as well as current. I love those old Mickey Mouse Club Shows. And I wish they would bring back the lost years of the Mickey Mouse club from aproximately the late 70s/early 80s.

I am so joining this club! ;) I LOVE disney channel!!! Me and my mom watch it together EVERYDAY! :) :) :)

I will join. I love disney channel. But why is Phil of the Future cancelled. Oh and by the way. i saw an episode when Phil and Kelly kiss. Go on ************ and then type in Phil of the futur. and then look where it says
"Phil of the Future Kiss"

That was not under any circumstances doing a Moderators Job. Infact it is helping a moderator come to the situation sooner rather than later.

MY THOUGHTS : NOT A FACT : I am sure Disney put some pressure on Phil of the Future to give them an awesome new episode but they possibly wanted out so they probably just ended the contract. Alot of people like Phil of the Future so im sure they just want out as soon as the contract expires.
