A parent who has a pay-pal account would need to do it.. you go to User CP, then click on Paid Subscriptions. then you click on the drop down menu of what subscription you would like. then press the order button. this will take you to pay-pal where you parent would log in, then do the normal pay pal things. if the transaction works you get a signature option instantly. if not talk to an admin...

Try to do some work around the house, mow the lawn, and do the dishes.. anything to earn cash.. Maybe your parents would agree then?
