Well thinking I just thought of a couple things it could be. One is that is could be short for quick reply or talk something like that. Also how James Bond 007 said it could be question answer. Or mayeb question and answer could be like some trivia game or something...

Actually, I do think it means "Quit", if you want to quit the game.

They wouldn't just put that on for Testers then take a picture just to put us down. Oh well I guess they have done it before.
