Hi there. I haven't been able to get the hidden mickey on the blinds in the Music game room. Anyone know if this is broken? and if so how do i get it fixed?

I've tried taking it every day for the last 5 days... i sent a message to the VMK staff through the website which said it would get back to me in 24 hours... they still haven't. Can anyone who hasn't done the hidden mickey try to take a pic of this one and let me know if it works. They do that so that nobody get's all the hidden mickey's in one day.
