Have you ever tried to contact Disney through the "Contact Us" button on the VMK homepage? Have you ever tried to sign up for to become a Community Leader but you just don't seem to remember the birth date you put in when you signed up for VMK? Did you put in a fake birth date? Or did you put in your real birth date but oddly enough, you just can't seem to remember it? Well I can help! Just click this link (https://secure.disney.go.com/disneyland/en_US/myVacation/myProfile/login?name=LoginPage&appRedirect=http://disneyland.disney.go.com/disneyland/en_US/myVacation/index?name=MyVacationLandingPage).

After you click that link, put in your VMK user name and password (Don't worry, it's a Disney site.) and then go to your profile and you will see your birth date.


And if that doesn't work, then check out this simple 5 step picture guide below.

1. Go to www.Disneyland.com.

2. Once there, you need to click "Login".
(There is Red around it in the picture to show you where it is.)

3. Once at the Login screen, you need to type your password and user name that you use to login to VMK.
(When you sign up for VMK, you are automatically signed up at Disneyland.com.)

4. Once logged in, you need to click "My Profile". (There is Red around it in the picture to show you where it is.)

5. Once you click "My Profile" you will see all of your information. If you scroll down, you will see your birth date.

Umm... like how did you send ur CL Essay through the disneyland site? I logged in, but don't see that option... (I know where to send my CL app., but I'm wondering how this helped you get ur questions faster....)

No no no...I got my birthdate that I put in, And wow, was it off, and then got to send in my CL Essay because of that, and then went to the site and sent in my essay.

I think if you are under 13 it won't say your birthdate when you try to look it up.

just enter your email and password and go into your profile. It will tell you the birth date there.

Actually.. this thread is fixed now, some threads can easily be done in a way to inform people, even a specific person, in a broad way.

oh my goodness thank you so much! when i made my first vmk character and had to put my b-day down i thought everyone would see my age and my parents thought it wasn't safe so i put a fake one down but then i forgot it when i had to contact staff... thanks again this is great!

To my knowledge, you cannot change your member account name.
If you're talking about VMK, then I wouldn't have the slightest idea. I've never heard of anyone being able to ask to change their name.
But if I DO find a way, then I'll be sure to let you know.
