yesturday my friend did something that was really bad, and my mom might have made me quit vmk if my other 2 friends didnt talk her out of it so i told her i cant be friends with u now she is all up set :( did i do the rite thing ?

yes i think you did because if she does bad stuff then you should not hang out around her.

My personal opinion, is never put vmk before friends, and you should have talked to your friend, with your other two friends, and it probably all would have all worked out in the end :) I wish you the best :(

well true vmk should never go before friends but it really depends what this person did and if her mom was uncomfertable with her friend then it would probably be for the best she does not hang out with this friend.

well lets just say she she broke the vmk values. and there was no way of fixing it bc my mom would have me grounded for like a month if i stayed friends with her but i wont go into details

Well then yes if she broke the vmk rules and your mom would not be happy with you being friends with her then i think you made the right choice.

Something similar happened to me a very long time ago.
My friend did something bad to me and i could she was really sorry in the end. If that friend gives you a sincere apology and shows that her apology us true i think you should definetly forgive her and tell your mom that it wasnt your fault and that your friend is truly sorry. Maybe your mom will reconsider.
