I was in "the Bridge" and saw a girl- forgot ther name- with a pirate hat, i thought the pirate costume wasnt out yet. ive never seen this hat, its cool. was it ever for sale, ive never seen, it before.

I just wanted to respond regarding this post and find it pretty funny how many people are spreading rumors around about this hat. Anyways, There are many stages of testing before a technology is released to the general public to its beta form that most people talk about. One person was very lucky and actually performed what I would call pre-beta testing (sometimes called alpha testing) and when creating their character chose this pirate hat. When Virtual Magic Kingdom was released to more general public members this hat/item was not available for your new character. The other vmk member actually has a stitch hat which not too many people currently have. These two vmk members actually exchange hats or borrow hats from each other. That is pretty much the whole story without saying any personal information or vmk member name information about either person.

NOTE: This pirate hat is still not available and nobody knows when this will be released for purchase. My understanding is this will actually be a pirate costume not just the hat.
