For my birthday party thingy, I'm going to WDW with my mom & 3 friends. One of them plays VMK with me, and the other two know I play (I'm not sure if one of those who know I play is going; if they don't go, the other person doesn't know about it). Today at school, to one of the girls who know I play, I was like, "yea.. we're gonna stay up all night...we're gonna do quests for VMK...you know, you know" and she laughed. It was kinda embarressing. I REALLY want to do quests (all of us & they will give me the cards [except for the one whow plays]) and get them all to do the tomorrowland quests to turn in (again, I will get the cards except for the one who plays). How should I tell them I want to without them laughing at me? Or how should I get around to doing all these things with them?

You could just say something like, "Hey, I think it's fun, and we'll learn more stuff about Disney on the way!" Or something else corny like that LOL.

Actually, the quests are a really fun way of tromping through the real WDW! The questions are quite hard to find answers to (some of them anyway). Just tell them you are going on a scavenger hunt for your birthday at WDW. I would bet that will work! Let us know how things go! Happy Birthday!

Thx everyone :) They wouldn't literally go up in my face and be like "haha you're a loser!" but they just think it's kinda corny lol

You shouldn't let their laughing bother you. I am sure that they wouldn't mind doing the quest with you. In the end, they would of probably had fun with you doing the quest. Just make sure that you give them freedom to do what they want, as well. It wouldn't be great doing quest all day, if you don't really want to do it. If you all decide to do it, just make sure to take breaks.

Im with what most people are saying. There not your real friends if they dont exept that is what u like to do. I think it would be embarrsing to but if u want to do it just let them get over it. lol

I would talk to your mom about it...ask her if she could say that we are all doing the scavenger hunt (quests), and that when you complete them, you all get a prize (maybe she could buy you all something ahead of time, or take you for ice cream in WDW).
