I was brownsing through some old threads, and found this. I just wanted to tell you all what I learned...

Not all vmk staff are adults someone said VMK_Runo or someone was 10

That of course is not true. They get trained adults that work in the office on different hours. I'm sure they get paid, because it is a job. Even if it is being on the computer I would not want to sit down all day hosting a game. VMK_Runo isn't ten, just so you know. That "someone" was stretching the truth or lying. VMK Staff would never give out how old they are, anyway.

How I know this? I called general WDW and asked for computer/techincal, and talked to someone who works for vmk. He said they are all trained ADULTS who work in an office.

The person could have been lying too you know. I don't think that someone 10 years old could be working for VMK anyways...

Well of course the person was lying. That is why I posted this so rumors couldn't start.

Actually, they dont anymore... but they used to!
When Innoventions first opened in 1998, they had a skit/attraction done by kids, who were contracted by Disney to work as actors. But because the kids were so... er, irresponsible, for lack of a better word, Disney did not renew their contract.

Ever wonder what happens to all the lost children at Disneyland?
After 30 days, they become property of The Disneyland Resort, and are sent to work at Small World. ;)

EDIT: you dont have to be 18, you can be 16 (with a worker's permit) to work in the shops.
