Who all has the sims 2? Do you like it?

The sims 2 open for business just came out and inside theres the Sims 2 family pack coming out, vacation like new items, princess girls bed and many more. I can't wait.

I played Sims 2 on the computer, the Sims 2 on the PS2 is just weird.. LOL

I don't understand it on the PSP. I get stuck.

i have it on computer.. i think it is so fun but at points very boring!

It's ok when you have urges to play, then you get on make a person get bored making them and stop playing. Lol.

I have it for GBA it isn't as fun as Sim's Busting Out though. Sims 2 is kinda lame.

It's ok till you get to the point where you've been so bored you've created yourself and your (crush or bf or husband) and had a family.

i sold sims2 and nightlife for 30$ (i know it is cheap but she is my friend that is why i sold it so cheap)

I play Sims 2, and we ordered sims 2 open for Buissness, so it will be coming in the mail soon.

There are lots of new items, but it is VERY hard to keep a home business, they get so tired, and trying to keep rating up. Your sim tries to keep up with ringing up the customers and the customers get mad making your rating go down, then you loose money everyday restocking items it's so confusing lol.

I made my people have a home business, and my guy cuts hair, lol and I make them look nice but it is annoying.

I always have a family, but I have every Sims 2 game: The Sims 2, The Sims 2 University, The Sims 2 Nightlife, and The Sims 2 Open for Business. I like them all but I always like the new ones!

So what's new in the new ones?

I made a little tinker shop I just sell everything I can. It makes it so frustrating when the line gets to long and my 2 sims can't ring them up fast enough.
I'm still working on a beauty shop. I haven't tried buying a community lot, I will have to try that. Homework and a family crisis has prevented me from it.

I love the sims2. I am stuck between choosing if i should get the University expansion pack or the Open For Business expansion pack. I'll probably get University first though. There's an entire new age group ;)

Besides, I don't even think the Sims2 Open for Business is even for sale yet where I am.

Yes try that, in college you can add (8) total wants instead of 4 and select 2! different wants to lock in instead of just 1. You gain more skills in the time for better jobs as well as more jobs opened like a painter or actor/actress. Easier to find love as well.

should the price for the sims2 expansion prices be going down soon? before the sims2 itself was like $50 and is now about $35. Where i am, the expansions for the sims2 are still $30.

(It was kind of a bother when i got the first sims expansions for like $15-20 and now they're only $10)

Hmm I got the sims 2 the day it came out for $36 Lol at target. The expansions are around $34 here used is $29. The price will be around the same for a year or 2. It's a very popular game.

yeah, i was going to buy the sims2 when it was for $40. the guy charged me $50, so my friend talked to him and he gave me $10 in return. Then he gave me a $20 bill! So, it's like i really got it for about $20. :)

:1poke: I cant wait to get Open For Business when I get i am going to have a Toy Selling Business and a Furniture Selling Business and a Lemonade Stand since I only have 1 Kid.

Toy selling is horrible. You make brick people and sell them. Lol.

i just have the sims 2 and since i dont play it that often i didn't get any expansion packs. but it is definately sequal to the 2nd best pc game of all time (it being the 1st!)

i love the sims2 but i have a ds and i have the puppy game on the gba+- i need hints ands tips on that

You know the Broke family (Brandi, Dustin, Beau), one of the pre-made families on the Sims2?
When i started playing with them, they had about $49,000. After about a half an hour of playing on them and spending less than $1,000 i saved the game and went back to Pleasantview.
In just a half an hour and spending less than $1,000, the Broke family went from $49,000 to $21,000. Why?
