Hello everyone! I have decided to make a tips post. I made this post to help people and to help make some good decisions. I will try adding some tips each week. If any of the tips makes things worse or insults you, please PM or post so I can delete it. If you would like to give a tip to the VMK players and forumers, post your tip and I will add it to the list!

VMK Trading Tips

Before trading all your items for one rare item you've always wanted like inferno magic, quest items, etc, ask these questions to yourself:

1. Will I get bored of this item after a day? A week? A month?
2. Do I really need the items I'm about to trade more than the rare item I'm trading for?
3. Will I miss all the things I trade for this one item?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, I think it would probably be a good idea to not trade for that rare item you want.

Before trading all the items that you think you're bored of, etc, ask these questions to yourself:

1. Did I work really hard to get these items?
2. Did I trade everything I have for these items?
3. Do I think I will get something of great value for trading these items?
4. Do I think I will regret trading these things for something I did not like as much in a week? A month?

Take a look at the person you are trading with, if they have really rare pins and have some badges on them, chances are they are telling the truth that the item is rare and they usally don't cheat you out of things. (Thank you Chaelle for the helpful tip!)

Becoming A Community Leader Tips

I have seen many people wanting to become a community leader. Here are some tips that may help you out wheter or not you should sign up to be a leader (This is my opinion. You don't have to listen to this. This can probably help out if you're confused.) :

First of all, community leaders are people who are usually know VMK inside and out. They usually log on VMK a lot. They need to be willing to answer anyone's questions even if they're annoying. They should welcome new guests and teach them how to play. They make other people's game-play more fun. They also are willing to help staff with events.

The question you ask yourself: Do I have all these qualities?
Don't just say yes and sign up. Really think about this. Can you stand being in one room in VMK for hours? That's what you have to do if you help out with events. Can you stand people constantly asking questions and sometimes keep repeating them? That's what new guests may do when they sign up.

I will add more tips later.
