For a long time scientests thought that the T-Rex was the biggest land carnivore ever to live. But!! Look at this information.

Fear factor: teeth up to 13 inches long
Lived: 65 million years ago Where: North America

Length: 55 feet
Weight: 8 tons
Fear factor: long, crocodile-like jaws
Lived: 100 million years ago Where: Argentina, Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria

As you can see, the Spinosaurus was 5 feet longer, and weighed 2 more tons!

Yes my 5yr old brother is a dino geek!

Spino is longer coz of its large crocodile jaw!

And in the dino world The biggest dino is Sauroposeidon:
18 metres (60 feet tall)
60 tonnes!

Arceologhists (srry if i spelled it wrong) have discovered many other dinosaurs that are bigger then the T.Rex LOL. like the spinosaurus, srry don't want anything to start here just wanted you and the other ppl to know! :)

Spinosaurus may be longer but when Tyrannosaurus stands up next to it,it is taller.
