I heard somewhere else on the forums I forget the exact thread that they will be new CLs on march first. I applyed december 17th and its the first, so is this true? or is it later?

Well actually I tried to apply today, and it said sometime after April 1st.

Merdiyah1994, if you apply AGAiN, it will take longer. The staff decide if they're a CL or denied. Then they move on to the next. If you apply AGAiN, your first application will be moved because you applied again , so don't ;)
