Yes, I will be applying... again. Hopefully this time and can finally become one. I wouldn't do it just to become popular though, because a lot of CL's aren't that popular. They just help players with a CL Badge and a CL_ at the beginning of their title. Just remember that CL is supposed to help, and to not brag about being one. Also, don't apply to be friends with a staff member, some CL's don't have even one staff member on their list.
