On the VMK main page it says,
"Ride-A-Thon was a huge success! Did you get enough pieces to create your own ride for next weekend's competition?"
Huh? I thought the deadline to enter was past? Can anyone post or link to the competition rules?
Well, if anyone wants to team up, I have made several ride rooms. Post here and maybe we can get together about it today.

Maybe they just haven't updated yet...

The deadline to register teams and rooms has passed. If you aren't on a team already, it's too late to get on one. Registered teams have until the event to complete their rides... I'm sure that's what they're referring to.

Well, they must have just put it up after the ride-a-thon, so their message really doesn't make sense if the deadline is past.

yes it does. the deadline to register was almost 2 weeks ago. the ride-a-thon was NOT the competiton, just some rides the staff made up. the compeition is this weekend

Duh. We know that. That is the whole point of what I was saying. The word "create" in their message implies to start or initiate, which makes no sense. Figure it out.

I'm pretty sure when they say "create" they ment it for everyone who has already registered to complete their rides.

I second that notion. :)

Come on, where is the common sense? The deadline has passed, but you can still fix up your ride. What they mean is that you could have registered b4 the deadline, and you still did not start on ride you can start. There was no rule that said register only after your ride is done. They allowed you to sign up even if you had not even started a ride.:CastMem:
