Room Name: Haunted Tours
Times: Tours Start Every 15-20 Minutes or When Ever We Get Enough Guests Starting At 6:30PST

All with my help, I kept 8 people happy by showing off my magic for about 5 minutes.. Then they attacked me! AHH!

This sounds cool, but this has been started and ended before. Reason: Everyone gets split up in difrent worlds of the rooms. LIke South And North. Good Luck, Youll need it!

Ok, I came up with a system I think should work.. I have 2 sets of 3 lines.. 3 people per line... It kind of like how they load and unload roller coasters at disneyland.. Well only i let 1 line of 3 people go at a time... Then each person some time to go in throught the teleporter.. If they go in corectly, they get lead to the seating area.. If they don't they get lead to the entrance which is blocked by the crates, you can't see them.. I make those who entered incorrectly part of the story.. Since they are they usually say "Let me in!!" I just say they are the lost souls of those pirates of long ago... It works great and the people who entered correctly think its part of the show... You have to see it to believe how organized this system is... :goofy:

I think I'll do another haunted tour today! It's fun! Like something out of Disneyland!

Jeff and I have also thought of making a second theater so YOU folks won't have to wait in line as long! Because the room gets so full, processing people is a MUST!

Well, those of you who have been too my room might be wondering why there is a long wait when entering the tours, I think that the info below might help and explain why you have to wait... There is really a long process to accomodate you and to make sure this runs efficiently... If You Have Any Opinions On How To Make The Waiter More Shorter, Plz, Give Me Your Ideas!!
Here Are The Current Room Stats:

StandardLoading Process:
1- People Enter The Waiting Area(People Before You Have Just Made Their Way Into The Theater)
2-We Talk A Little While (Small Talk-Tour Is In Progress)
3-I Go Over The Rules(Tour Is Almost Over)
4-I Tell People Which Theater To Go To(Theater Is Clearing & Re-Setting)
5-I Open The Gates & Allow the People In The The Theater(Theater Is Ready!!)
6-Repeat The Whole Process Over Again(OMG...)
We Have 2 Totally Different Experiences-

When ONLY TheCEO's Room Is Running... (Theater 1)
*We can let up to 12-14 people wait in the waiting area before the tour begins
*Average Wait Is: 10-15 Minutes
*People Allowed In The Theater: Number Is Changing Because Seats Are Being Added

When ONLY krisisCOOL's Room Is Running... (Theater 2)
*We can let only 8 people wait in the waiting area before the tour begins
*Average Wait Is: 10-15 Minutes
*People Allowed In Theater: 8

When BOTH Theaters Are Running... (Theaters 1 & 2)
*We Usually Alternate Between Theaters
*Average Wait: Shouldn't Be Longer Then 10 Minutes ( I Still Have To Go Over Rules
*We Can Let 8-14 People Wait In Line (Minnimum Of 8 is Guaranteed) Depending On Which Theater Is Loading Next

Last Show Of The Night.. (Usually Around 8:30-9:30)
*Everyone Will Be Allowed To Enter The Waiting Area
*Everyone Will Be Allowed Into The Theater
*Some or All People Will have To Stand
*Wait May Take A Little Longer To Accommodate You All
