Plz, someone help because i am completely lost on how to do this, plz someone help!!!

What we call a "shopping spree" here is that someone is saying "If you give me the item I am asking for, I will buy whatever you want, up to XXXX credits." So it is, essentailly, a trade for stuff that is already in stores, and the seller gets to pick what stuff.

We do this because you can't trade credits directly.

Say you want a shopping spree for uh 500 credits. You get the person to get you what you want up to 500 credits
