I went to check mine and they..they..they...SHRUNK! Evil Shrunken Ned has made all the crates go through the wash! When the came out in the morning they were SMALL! :O

Yup, they're smaller :). I actually like it better than the big awkward rectangular shape. As me and my friend BnyKty agree, they're "cuter" ^__^.

Note that they are the same height as the original crates when you don't stack them, but they are smaller and no longer rectangular.

However, when you stack the new crates, they stack taller than the old crates because the overlap has been eliminated. This is why people's rooms are messed up.

That could be why my Everest ride room is all messed up now. Some parts are way taller than before. Also, can they be editing what the pianos look like as well, since they are gone all of a sudden?

i am so mad and i want to cry right now! this is horrible absolutely horrible! why couoldn't they put the Smaller Crates into stores and and regualr crates! now my game room is jacked up! and my everest rooms (for the ride) look the worst things ever! it looks like i made it with one or two minutes! not sicne the crates are square for my race game the hill is going to have spaces in them! GR... i absolutely hate it! Plz Plz Plz Be A Bug! Plz Plz. i wouldnt care if vmk closed for a entire day i just want them fixed! I am not a happy camper. just when i thought i was doing good with my game my dreams have been crushed! last night i opened my game and for the first time being opened and the first time for me hosting a game i got a good crowd! i even made it too #2 (maybe #1) on the top guest rooms List! and then to top it off Hula came to visit. now this happens :( :( :( :( :(

i just asked vmk_runo and he said that it is a bug and the crates should go back to normal as soon as they fix it

Has anyone checked to see how they look now with a rug or river piece on them. Even the Hippo rug? I hope they are now nice and flat like when you put things on a travel trunk. Can someone check and let me know please.

Yeah! Thanks for checking. Just for that feature it is worth it! Crates are much cheaper than travel trunks, and now they look as good. Woo Hoo!

This bug has ruined many rooms and rides. All the heights of things are changed, and two stacked crates no longer line up to the same level as a table. Real problem. If this is not changed, it means we will not be able to substitute tables for crates the way we used to for our building projects.

I cannot think of worse timing for this to happen, with the Everest Competition deadline approaching. Not to mention the removal of ice from the Pirate game, when many people were relying on it being available for their Everest ride room. (If VMK wanted to make it easier for all players to obtain ice, they should have simply put it on sale in the shops. Now people are forced to wait in line in another "event", which, I'm sorry, will never be my idea of fun.)

So true. In one of my Everest Ride rooms, I had crates stacked all up equally and then i checked it out and everything was messed up. Some crates were higher than others and some were real low down. I thought I lost some crates, but I guess i fixed it a little. And I also think that they are shorter.

This is a bug and yavn said it will be fixed everyone!
