Friday starting at 1 and ending at 6 PM PST is a seemingly simple event. You just ride a train and at the end, you get a straight train track. Apparently, you can ride as many times as you want as many straight train tracks.

So who is going? I probably will check it out when it opens in my time zone, albeit there will probably be a line and I'll get disconnected. But, hey, it's worth a shot.

If you are talking about the VMK ride event, there are couple of threads here stating that that the ride prize is snow rugs as well.

I'll probably try - depends how reasonable the lines are.

I will be sure to try though I am not sure because I have school tommorrow until three of course my back is terrible so I might just be able to score all of them.. Depending on the lines.. I use to HATE lines 50+ Now that they limited them hopefully they make more events at the same time so not everyone is on THAT one main area

From my impression given the event description, you get a prize every time you ride. That means you can get multiple snow rugs, track pieces, and ice blocks on one account. No need to break out the mules!

But how will I know which room to go to, to ride the ride? Aren't there several rooms named Expedition Everest or something similar? Anyone?

This ride is showing new things in VMK. Just for entering the last staff room while on the ride, you get a message from staff saying you got an everest piece. I like this!

I saw a very empty SillySyl Red one and went in. Slipped by the teleporter and sat in one of the new Everest chairs. I only sat there because my computer was slowing alot and there was only one mickey. Then Babs came in and booted me. O_O Never sit in staff's chairs. They don't like it. Even though Babs has been known to boot without much reason. Watch out! Don't take a break on a ride, when Babs in on the watch!

Arg.. I came back, when my boot was lifted, and found Babs and 2 people in the chairs, where I was booted chatting! Ugh, she just hates me. >:(

I really like this event too, the lines seem long, but go super quickly and dc isn't a very big problem!

i think that this is by far the BEST event vmk has had EVER. the lines are quick, hardly any dc and you recieve your prize immediately after completion. not only that but i think they have really learned from the other events that you need multiple rooms for events like these. CONGRATS TO VMK FOR A WONDERFUL EVENT!!!

Yes, i went on it yestrday, Lines are usually no more that 15 people, and it moves very quickly. I got in in 1 minute! fastest VMK event line ever lol

and, the ride only lasts a few minutes, and you get a prize! Yesterday it was the straight track, today it will be the snow rug, tommrow its gonna be ice. Sounds like a good deal to me! Have fun everyone! =)

I hope since this is peak hour for VMK that all of the ride rooms are open. Yesterday, they didn't open enough rooms until about several hours after the four rooms that were open had maxed out the queue. At least that was my experiance.

i know yesterday when ppl opened the rooms that work there were too many ppl in the line to get in it stunk
