I'm sorry if anyone has posted a thread like this somewhere else but I looked and couldn't find one...

Anyway, I've been playing Yeti Vision and getting the Codes for Level 1 no problem and when Level 2 came out I got a couple of codes for people.

Today, I get the code for the pin and no room code. It totally skips that screen. I tried rebooting the puter, reinstalling the game, clearing the cookies, scanning for viruses.

Has this happened to anyone else?

I have been having the same problem. The first night it came out I was able to get room codes, after that, nothing.


Here's how to correct the problem:

Play Yeti Vision Level 1. Once you complete it you will get a code for a pin with no problem.

Then, play Level 2. Once complete, you WILL have a problem and not get a code. It should take you back to the menu screen of Yeti Vision.

Now, read this carefully, ONCE BACK IN MENU SCREEN OF YETI VISION, CLICK TO PLAY LEVEL 2 AGAIN. DO NOT REPLAY LEVEL ONE, GO RIGHT ON TO LEVEL 2.

Play the level again. After you complete level 2 for the second time, you should be able to get the screen telling you what you have won with another message overlaping it. Just let the program run it's course and the prize code window for the room should pop up. If it does not after the second time playing level 2, play it again WITHOUT GOING TO LEVEL 1, GO RIGHT TO LEVEL 2.

You will be playing Level 1 once, and Level 2 two or three times. Then you should be able to get the code for the room.

I had the same problem and this seems to correct it.

Also you can get multiple codes for rooms without playing Level 1 again, just keep playing level 2. Unless they have changed it from the other night.

Yes you can only get a couple. If you play 1 game then X out of it then open it up again it works. But it takes longer.

I had the same type of problem

you need to yank out the old Yeti Vision and install it over again. Mine would not play the second level until I did that.

I have a sticky thread for people who cannot play the game and want a free code. We gave out 6 last night, thanks remix.

MAJOR PROBLEMS
Due to the location of the cancel button you will sometimes click on the screen to skip the ride part or whatever but then by accident click the cancel button.

do not rush the game as I am batting about 75% to 80 on level 1 and 50% to 75% in getting codes on level 2.

I often have the next button an get prize button overlapping. The game does seem to be very persnickety.

The solution that CrazyforBluStitch TOTALLY works! Just keep playing level two and it will eventually give you the room code it usually only takes two tries! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
