snow rugs are now easier to get, so not needed to wait for this if you still not have it

Well if you didn't get a rug, and it's been OVER A MONTH, then you might have misspelled it...

okay if you haven't recieved your rug by now you should contact staff via contact us. But don't even think about lying they check each one I hear.
