Has this happened to anyone else? I was in my room redecorating and moving furniture, when someone came in, didn't say anything and all of a sudden the thing I had been moving around was gone. I asked them if they had seen it but no response. Then someone in a space suit came in (while I was checking my stuff to try to find it) and then they left. I didn't click on them, they left once I noticed them.
If I log out and log back in will it come back, or is there a glitch in the system somewhere?

Disappearing furniture is a known bug. It may have happened because you were moving things while other ppl were coming in and out, but that's tough to say.

It seems to be happening with teleporters more than anything else (especially the Big Thunder teleporters), but I've heard the water troughs are big on disappearing as well.

The best thing to do is contact the VMK ppl through the "contact us" part of the VMK home page. They are responding now and they'll give you some suggestions to help you "find" your stuff.

...It seems to be happening with teleporters more than anything else (especially the Big Thunder teleporters)...I just wanted to give Baby the "when life gives you lemons, make lemonade" award for his creative implementation of a disappearing teleporter. If you haven't checked out his room yet, I highly recommend it. :)

Aliceblue also has a room for disfuntional tea cups. I donated my non linked pair of teleporters to her. She's another one who will always have sunshine.

The disappearing water trough is a bug. The water trough will disappear when you rotate it. This has happened to myself and several of my friends. I am sorry it happened to you, too. I reported it as a bug, and I suggest you report it, too.
