Am I the only one who's read that Disney is teaming up with Dsicovery channel to have an ACTUAL Everest expedition? If not, please, people, explain to me what it's all bout.

Expedition Everest is already a roller coaster that has been up and running for a few weeks now. Discovery Channel did do a special on how it was built and everything, but I don't think they actually took part in the construction.

No, not to Everest itself but still in the Himalayas. The expeditions were mainly for scientific research and to make the ride more authentic.
