Help...Some of my in park quest cards don't work.

Is there a glitch or something? They don't say that they have been used either. It just says not a vmk code.

I think that means they have been used. I entered a code twice, by mistake, and that's what it told me. That this is not a valid code, or it doesn't recognise it or something like that.
Now I cross out the code on the back of the card as soon as I have entered it.

well.. i had that some problem with the cards i got from the tour and i told them and they said to wait a day and try again and if it still doesnt work to see the cast member that you got it from.

oh! good to know.

Now if you can just find that cast member you got them from. :)

You can also report it to VMK thru contact us :) (not that it'll do much though lol)

One of my cards will not work either. I am not near the park so no talking to a CM for me. :wave2:

I had almost the same thing happen to me.

I entered about 30 or so codes, then every code I put in it said wasn't correct. I made sure I was putting in the right code, no mistakes. I went to a space account, and the codes worked on the first try.

Could there be a limit to how many codes could be used per day?

Hello again. I went to the help section of the vmk site, wasnt very helpful. They said they would email me soon. I will try again with my passwords tomarrow. Maybe there is a password limit per day. I just want to get my stuff to work. I am going back to Disneyland in September though. Had so much fun in July that I must go back. I'll let you know what happens with all this. Thankyou guys and gals. :)

Update: I tried today and all my codes worked. I'm thinking too many people where in the kingdom yesterday. Like I got bumped or something. I'm happy now. Thankyou everyone for your responces and such.
