yesterday somebody here told me and it didn't work. can somebody re-phrase it for me plz?

I used to be able to do it by just clicking on the play game button again. It did not work every time, but if I kept trying another would pop up. Since the new appearance site went up, I cannot do it even if I open another instance of my browser. So now to get two windows open, I use two different browsers (Firefox as my main, and IE as my second).. Hope that helps
