Does anyone know how to win all the different color teleporter doors?

I know you can win the pink doors through the Disneyland site, win blue doors through the monster maze.

But how do you get the gold doors and purple doors?

Purple doors is what you won at the Monster Maze event. You will be able to get gold door teleporters when you ride the new Monster's Inc ride at Disneyland. For now I don't think there are any blue doors :)

You win Gold from the Event "Hit the floor lose the door" coming up in about
2-3 days I believe. It is where you start on a column of crates and they spin the random number generator and thats how much crates u loose

Be the last to touch ground and YOU WIN a Monsters Inc. Teleporter Door (They werent specific so I am guessing its the Gold one with Monsters Inc on its top)

Gold Door Teleporter Set
via riding the actual ride at Disney's CA Adventure Park in the Disneyland Resort in CA. EDIT: Given out as freely as candy at the entrance to the ride. The reward card can be punched out from the VMK flyer they give you. However, the flyer may only be distributed for a limited time since the flyer says Congratulations on being the first to ride the new Monster Inc.
