I had a problem with this girl and i was in sci-fie dine in. she starts yelling at me to "get out of her car " and then she started ( not to break rules by saying this ) cursing me out but how do i know staff will help? they haven't answerd me ! plz help !

They most likely won't help. Unless you tell them she said curse words they won't do anything about it other than telling you to "Use the Ignore Button"

they have been so busy first you have to wait like sometimes twenty minutes to get a response but if you sent it they got it and they will take care of it

well all i can tell you to do is use the ''Contact Us'' link and write her name and include the following: Her Name, Place it took place, What she exactly said, and the time it took place if you include all of that they will check into it and it will then result in a warning or bann :):)
