i have a question,i have dresses and all and ppl(well girls) always ask to have my dresses and i always feel bad when i say that there not for trade. Then they say all these mean stuff about and report me for some reason. Anyway I might become a CL soon if they accept my request and lets say i do become a CL. And when players ask to have my dresses what should i say? because i really would not want to be called a mean CL and what-not.

Just ignore the people who ask for your dress, it will work. Maybe you should report them too to VMK, so they wont get mixed up about who was begging.. not that they really read the reports the players report but.. worth a try :)

I'm not a CL, but I will give you my two cents.

If you are not trading, just say that you aren't trading. If somebody says they will report you, staff will go over the chat, and see if the report is false or not.

CL's are regular players, so if you don't want to trade, you don't have to.

I'm a CL, and I often run into this. I will trade things, but not for pink doors, barrel chairs, slipper seats, etc. I just say, "No, thank you." When they start to beg (Plz, plz!), I tell them, "Good luck with your trading. Have fun," then end the trade. Always be polite. Even if they report you, nothing will happen as long as you were kind and honest.

I had someone in my room ranting about how mean I was because I wouldn't trade my seagull hat for her pink doors. It's silly. Just ignore things like that.

Yea I agree with everyone else prity much I had someone tell me I had no life cause I did not give him a mansion suit and he reported me. Nothing happened except for staff sending him a mesage telling him not to tell ppl they have no life! lol but if I would of started an arguement then I might of goten a mesage to so just ignore them. CL's are just normal players who keep things under control not santa clause! :xmas33:

I'm no CL, and I never wil be, but people ALWAYS offer for every single rare thing I own. Dresses, bird hat....

Someone wanted to trade a few common pieces of furniture for a whole dress!! New people don't always know what is rare and what is not. Like Dizzny said, always be polite. Don't get mad at them, it could risk you getting banned. Just relax, say something like: "Sorry, I'm not trading that." and sign off. If they continue to bug you, just click the "ignore" button.

well, im a new cl, and i have in my profile "not trading". if people still request trades i click cancel. if they do it again i click ignore and tell them flat out im not trading. if they beg i tell them i will trade it, but only for inferno or green flips. generally stops them.

if they beg for free stuff i tell them that i worked hard for what i have, that its a good experience and fun, and i dont want to deny them that.


either way, you dont have to trade with them and you can not be banned for not trading with them. so dont worry.

I too share your fear of being branded with the "Mean CL_" title. Let me assure you that saying "Sorry, that's not for trade" is definitely not mean. If they call you mean, then you can tell them keep trying to get their trade.

If someone reports you for it, kindly explain to VMK Staff what the issue was, and if necessary, to review the chat/trade logs.
