I downloaded the game and finished it and then it said a page would pop up from it so I could get my prize and nothing happened.

not true about costume, they dont know about costume. for all we know, like gold HKDL ship chairs, costume may later on become a prize with most likely pin or chair. keep in mind this is not confirmed, but it was confirmed that they are not sure how it will be obtained yet ( testers ) .
