Oh, I see. So the person who is offering will buy items to give to the other person to sell and get credits?

either they can do that or the person who is getting the shopping spree will tell the person giving the shopping spree a list of what they need that equals that amount when buying not selling, so there is two ways you can give a shopping spree.

Ex. Say someone is offered a 6,000 credit shopping spree

The person who is offered then pming the person there wish list of buyables equal up to 6,000 credits. Then the person gets them and gives the buyables to that person

Shopping sprees are exactly like the people said above this post. They are quite risky to take however, seeing how the scam rate on VMK is increasing. If you are considering trading for a shopping spree, I suggest you search for posts that were trading shopping sprees to get a good idea of the worth.
