On VMK is their a way to find a searten user without that person bing on your list, or in the same room as you?

You can search the rooms to see if whom you are looking for is currently in their room. That is located at the top of the popular guest rooms, otherwise no sorry :(

Use your transporter to go to the other room. Once in that room, click the [I] button in the lower left hand corner. It will give you the room name, description and owner of the room.
