hi how rare is green explorers outfit and is thier only one set of boots that go with it?

There is only one kind of boots that go with all types of Explorer Costumes. The Green costume is not all that rare. They were available for two months in the clothing section, but they are getting more rare as more players join the game. On a scale of 1-10, 10 being most rare, I would say they are about a 3 or 4.
