Hunters_Pop created a guild on Neopets called VMK Pirates!! This guild is aimed at VMK and Neopets players. This is a great way to catch up on your daily gaming fix as well as a way to meet other players that are addicted to these two online games.

At VMK Pirates, we have games, raffles, and prizes for both Neopets and VMK. Actually, that LINK is our home page to our home site for VMK Pirates. It's we can actually put info about our guild. Alas, the one thing Neopets DOES NOT give is more web space to build and add to the guild. But they do give you SPACE to advertise your pets (the one thing I have not yet done since I like to zap my pets with the lab map). Zaaaaaaaap!!

I see your point. I think that's why this section was put up. Not only are forums like these a great way to build a network amongst players, but it also allows sub-communities to develop and grow. Hence, it adds a new level to the game and it allows new players to obtain help and guidance in a safe, self-contained environment instead of going into the game blind-sided with the chance to get cheated by other players and easily confused with the interface of the game.

I recently started playing Runescape about a week ago. Luckily for me, a seasoned player saw that I was lost and offered some help. Because of his generosity, I know what I'm doing and now the game is more enjoyable. :)
