I have friend who will soon be making her way down to your little theme park and she has agreed to pick me up the WDW exclusive "Wanted Sign" (VMK card 4 of 6). I was wondering at which merchandise location she will be able to find the card (so she wont have to spend all her time looking for it)?
if anyone has info on its location I would greatly appreciate the help!

what do i have to buy to get it?

I'm pretty sure you have to go on Splash Mountain and then purchase a picture (or maybe this is for the Magic Mirror?).

You can also get one for buying a picture at Buzz Lightyear
