View Full Version : New ride pieces??
cavowonder 01-14-2006, 05:10 AM If you look on new calendar for the last week of febuary, then mention an everest ride contest. Considering splash mountain has only one thing in common with everest, they are both mountains, it otherwisw shows no connection whatsoever to using flume pieces. Also taking into consideration that everest is a roller coster of sorts, we may be seeing a coster track fairly soon. This is mearly a theory, and I can't promise anything, but it sure would be cool playing around with roller coaster parts! Just some wishful thinking :).

TinkerBlue 01-14-2006, 05:25 AM Interesting conjecture especially since the Everest Room does have tracks in it. I thought they were train but perhaps coaster.
ClubDisCM 01-14-2006, 05:35 AM They could also revamp the river pieces to make moving ice of some sorts, since, if it's like the Matterhorn, it's supposed to be a bobsled.

Good theory, but I highly doubt this. The matterhorn is supposed to be a bobsled as you mentioned, but in expidetion everest, you are in a train. It will more likely be frozen train tracks or something in that geneal area.

And, I agree with you. I'm also expecting to see Yeti Vision be released within the next 30 days, maybe we'll get tracks from there?

Good thinking, I never thought about that! you might get a starter pack from the game, and then sell the others in vmk? They do not really fit into a store, so it most likely will come from an outside source. But the one thing that does not fit into place is why would you have an event based upon an external game that most likely will be replayable. If just seems odd that it might be like staff and/or host are trying to get us to play the game over and over to get more pieces. Obvisously, they were not expecting the monster inc teleporters to be so easily obtained, as you can tell by the huge devalutaion and credit sell bounus decreasion. Unless they give out massive amounts of track pieces, this can be even worse a diaster than skull rock or monsters inc.
