Have you ever stayed in a Disney Hotel?(Disneyland Hotel, Paradise Pier hotel, Grand Californian Hotel, and others i dont know.)

Do the WDW hotels count? I've stayed at the Caribbean, Dixie Landings (as it used to be called)/Port Orleans, All Star, Animal Kingdom Lodge (coolest hotel ever!!), Key West, and the townhouses formerly known as the Disney Institute (now Saratoga or something like that). Mind you, I've been going to Disney for almost 15 years. lol.

I stayed at Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel in WDW just recently. Its a sweet Epcot resort!

I have I have been in the Paradise Pier :)

I'm a DVC member and Boardwalk is my home property, so I've stayed there a lot. But since I have a tendency to make my plans at the last minute, I often wind up at Old Key West or Saratoga Springs. I really liked my stay at the Wilderness Lodge last year. But my all time favorite place to stay at Disney is the Contemporary Resort. I wish I could live there!

-Caribbean Beach
-Coronado Springs
-Port Orleans French Quarter and Riverside
-Animal Kingdom Lodge (one of my favorites)

and when we go this summer we are staying at the Grand Floridian!!

I love Disney, and the hotels. They are always so nice!

Yes...Disney in California just has the 3 Disney Owned hotels.
We have stayed at all 3 and by far the best is the Original Disneyland Hotel.
The last time we were there in the Fall, some guy in the next room smoked a cigar and the smoke totally came into our room and really stunk up the place (We were on a non-smoking floor). We told them at the front desk and they ion-ized our room. Because of the smoke incident this last trip we took at Christmas, Disneyland Hotel comped us a night in one of their suites. It was amazing....besides being a HUGE 2 bedroom suite, when we returned from the park that night they had an ice bucket filled with cold milk and a huge plate of Mickey Mouse cookies. Plus all the the beds has been turned down and chocolate coins had been sprinkled on the beds.
The Disney hotels really know how to take care of their guests and I highly recommend them.

i stayed at the disneyland hotel when i was 5. lol. i barely remember it, but what i remember was good. that was a LONG time ago! i remember a wakeup call and they had me answer and it was mickey mouse on the phone lol.

My favorite was the Wildnerness Lodge because it is one of Walt Disney World's Deluxe resorts... I also like the Hotel setting rather than the motel setting in the other Disney hotels... Coronado Springs comes in at a close second though...

I have stayed off property twice and would probably never do that again, I prefer the onsite resorts. Have never been to Disneyland but have been thinking about taking a trip out that way. My favorite place would be Wilderness Lodge, but they need more food or restaurant places there to match up with other deluxe resorts

the only one i've ever stayed at was the grand floridian in orlando, florida. it was super sweet! we went there for some family celebration. i already forgot. but what i do remember was the elevator. it was so pretty! i bet you can't say that about most elevators can you?

---(What I remembered was going to the room by way of transparent elevator. I also remembered ordering a cream of mushroom soup and drinking/eating it while I was watching the fireworks. Very pretty.)

EDIT: i just researched and found out that the DLPH was renamed to Paradise Pier. I was wondering for a long time where the DLPH went. xD Now I found the answer!

I've stayed at the Grand California Hotel just one time. :D It seems more expensive now..(is it?) so we don't got as often. :)

I've stayed at the original Disneyland Hotel (Before it was changed to Paradise Pier Hotel), and the Grand Californian (which is why I wanted the pin so much, hehe!)

Unfortunately, on our last trip, we stayed at one of those chain hotels that's parked close to DL. I complained, but my parents said that if we got a park hotel I wouldn't appreciate it as much as I did when I was little.

I'm staying at the Disneyland Hotel this weekend! It'll be my first time at a hotel in Disneyland. I've stayed at a number of them at WDW though. All three All-Star resorts, Pop Century, Carribean Beach, Port Orleans, Coronado Springs, and Animal Kingdom Lodge. I've toured all the resorts though. My favorite is Animal Kingdom lodge. My Fiance proposed to me there, plus, I love animals. :)

I have stayed at a few at WDW and visited all except POP. My family and I had to spend one night off property and learned our lesson. ON PROPERTY at all times. It is worth it!!

The resorts that allow you to rent boats are great too!! FUn to sail in WDW! Well, fun to do anything there!

I loved Caribbean but Fort Wilderness (The lodge, not cabins or campground) was obviously the best hotel I've stayed in. We are staying in either Polynesian or Yacht Club next trip, can't wait!

Wow, I bet those were drastically different!

I've stayed at the Polynesian as well as All-Star Music. I loved ASM-not only for the price (we got in for 59 per night!) but because they have a food court where everybody can get something they like for a little more than say a fast food place would cost...not to mention a $10 insulated mug that gets you unlimited free refills on drinks for the entirety of your stay. I requested a king room instead of two queens and they had no problem. It was a handicapped room (they have tons, don't worry-nobody's room was taken away!) and also had a fridge-something most of the value resort rooms don't have. Also, we mentioned it was our anniversary and the next day upon our return from the kingdom we found a bundle of 3 balloons and an autographed photo of Minnie and Mickey outside the Magic Kingdom! Always a bonus :). One other thing-they were kind enough to let us check in 4 hours earlier than their normal check in times because our room was already clean and ready! That saved us having to store our luggage in the lobby while we shopped at Downtown Disney.

I stayed at Polynesian when I was 16 and I can honestly say I don't remember much except that the room moved (we had been on a cruise and I had stillness sickness) and that my mom ordered Thanksgiving dinner. LOL!
Surprisingly though, I didn't find Polynesian to be any nicer than ASM...and it was probably between 150 and 200/night. I don't know-I didn't pay. :D

We'll be going back to POP again! We just love it there. Great theme, wonderful layout, fun pools and great food court. Rooms are average hotel fare, but well worth it!

2005- Grand Flroidian (went during christmas time and the crowds were bad, we also got a suite for the same price as a regular room because we stay at the grand Floridian so many times)
2006- Grand Floridian (we're going again for Christmas, we never regretted going last year at that time)

Disney Land

2000- The Original Disneyland Hotel (wasn't that nice compared to GF, i guess i am spoiled)
2001- Grand Californian (best disneyland hotels ever, we got the view of the rollar coaster in california Adventure)
2002-Grand Californian (pools are excellent!)

No , i haven't

I stayed at the Beach Club Resort the past two times I went to disney. We were tempted to stay at the Animal Kingdom Lodge, because it looks really cool, but being able to walk to Epcot outweighed that.

Being able to walk to Epcot was really excellent. We ate in the World Pavilian every night in a different country. Also our room faced Epcot so we could watch the fireworks from our room every night when we didn't stay in the park late enough to see them.

hmm.. ive stayed at The Carribean Beach Resort two seperate times, uh.. had breakfast in aminal kingdom lodge fort wilderness place, lol and Chef Mickey's at the Polynesian :)

i mostly stay at Port Orleans River Side. for some reason i like that one the best out of all them. but i have stayed at all the hotels cept the Allstar, Movie,Music etc.(those)but my favorites are the animal kingdom, polyneasion, grand florida, and last but most important PORT ORLEANS RIVER SIDE

At WDW I have stayed at all the all star resorts, pop century resort, wilderness lodge, fort wilderness cabins, port orleans riverside, carribean beach resort, cornado resort, yacht club resort, and maybe some more but I just can't remember.

Swan and Dolphin, Disneyland Hotel, Wilderness Lodge, Contemporary Resort..loved them all of course =)

Polynesian, Wilderness Lodge, Pop Century, All-Star Music, Fort Wilderness. But then we moved here and now we just go and sit in the lobby and visit friends visiting from out of town. Thanks everyone for staying in the best hotels! Now I get to pretend I am on vacation every time we meet.
