if you deserved the ban then there is no way but if they banned you for something you not do then tell them through contact page.

Out of all of the choices I would choose "I think I've been banned." You might want to see why you were banned first ;)

One of my fellow moderators asked VMK staff about bans a few months ago, and he was told that bans go on your player's record forever.
Worse yet, if you create another character, VMK has various ways to determine if it's a mule. If it is, and they see your other character was banned, they probably won't make you a CL.

and the other one doesn't get banned..?I'm talking about creating a new character after your ban is over (to try to start from scratch).
I can't tell you how their ban works because I've never been banned. We do have reports of bans that affect entire families, so it does look like one player's ban might wipe out everyone on that computer or connection for the duration of the ban.

If what Gatsby says is true, then there's nothing you can do. But you can always try e-mailing the Staff to say you're sorry and see what they say.
