1. Required for all players wanting to be community leaders to get a friend to write to VMK about the positive and maybe negative aspects of the player. this way VMK has it a little easier finding good CLs, but maybe a lot more clutter in their mailbox.

2. Message back to applicants to become CLs about why they were not chosen if they were not. If it is a number of CLs problem a message back saying that they are on the waiting list.

3. Message in the newsletter reminding VMK players to tell VMK if a CL helped them, so they can get recognized and maybe become a CK.

Those are my suggestions. remember Yavn e.t.c. does read the forums, so if you have something for the bettermeant (sp?) of VMK please post it. If there is a way to make my suggestions better please also post that :)

1. So CL applications are ripped through u can only apply at certain days and hours.

2. Maybe put a couple more CM that want to work on the CL applications.

What is a ck?

ok to solve the problem of your first idea, maybe they should make it when applying to be cl you should have to give references (a list of a few people's screen names that can tell vmk about you if they are seriously considering making you a CL), you know just like a job application in real life :)

On the CL applications, there should be a place where you give at least 2 player references--one of those references would be another CL. Then get in contact with their references.
