The Frontierland quest card? There is a scan floating around in this forum of WDW's but I haven't seen DLR's (and I haven't bothered to scan mine).

Or do you mean of Frontierland itself while on the tour? in that case, it's just normal ol' Frontierland; the tour is not a backstage tour.
