LOL... I found it myself. I didn't quite know what it was at first. I showed my whole family. I also found a hidden Elvis and Stitch. xD

Ok here is how to see the heads:
Right after the Heffalump and Woozles scene right after you go through the doors with the scene of Pooh coming out of the wall eating honey


Also where Pooh is in the hot air ballon is where Teddi Beara used to hang.

In Haunted Mansion Holiday is you look where the bride usually is there is a monkey in a brides costume

The broken bust in the Haunted Mansion is the person who does the voice on most of the old Disneyland rides and the announcer for the Disneyland RR (he also did Tony the Tiger)
