Has anyone had any trouble printing their reward coupon after finding all the mickeys. I found all of them today and tried printing it but then i get this message: Reward coupon not available

so, i asked my brother to finish his quest. he did later on and when he tried printing his he got the same message. is this strange to happen twice?

could they be basing the viewing per IP now?

strange, I would contact VMK and ask about that.

Maybe But think about it when you completed it first time it was a coupun for THE VMK INSIDER Tour. the Tours dont exist anymore maybe they have not came up with what you get for it yet

I just finished it yesterday too (I'm going to Disney in a week so I really wanted to get the coupon to take with me), and I got that same message. I'd send the staff a note through the Contact Us button. It's possible that they were just having a problem with it yesterday. I hope they fix it soon!

yea it happened to me also it was like srry coupon not found and so on and so forth and so i used the help tool and then they were like use the contact us button and so i did and i got a reply saying they would look into it

Well, since the tours are stopping maybe now you use them to go to VMK Central to redeem your virtual prize. Why it is not working. Well first check if your printer is on and working. Make sure it is hook up to your computer to.

If everything it check click file, print or print as. Then see if you are printing to the printer or somewhere else.

Just a few thoughts maybe why it is now working,

I tried the link again today and it worked. Maybe yesterday they just had a bug.

i am going to WDW with my DD for her bday feb 12-19 and was waiting for someone to actually get the coupon before we started getting the mickeys. can someone tell me what the expiration date is? i had the last one but it expired and we werent able to get to WDW in time :(.

Tuesday the 27th (I know it was a week ago...) they were working. Because there's no more VMK tour you get a Golden Show Designers Collection...with the gold penny press, room divider, number generator, and Philharmagic chair. It's the only way to get these items, now that you don't have a tour.

The coupon is ONLY for a gold designer set - mine worked well - I printed it into a PDF document.
