Does neopets mess up your computer? It sure does mess up mine.. I like neopets... but ..any tips to fix it?

it doesn't mess mine up but i don't go on alot anymore because of VMK

It uses flash but you can switch to html. I has tons of ads and each ad and item leaves cookies and files. I regularly pull out megabites of stuff and some only by using the computer file removing tools.

One page has 50 or more icons and stuff which add up with ads and stuff to 100 kilobites to even a megabite of stuff on your computer. I do not recommend Neopets for people under 18 unless they are able to clean their computer and understand to not enter any free offers or go to any of the sites in the ads. I am a sweep hunter so I know that many of the ads go to sites that are of questionable nature or to sites that you can find the same thing for safer and better at other sites.

Please report any URLs you find that are not NeoPets.

They have made a fake copy of the NeoPets site and all of the links go to NeoPets but the Log in probably but an not sure because I am still logged into Neopets. Got to clean cookies.

If you go to a site like wal-mart but the URL looks wrong then contact that real site. It happened a lot in Coke Music. My former friend had a sweepstakes listing site and my current friends does too, both were openly having stuff stolen from them. Fake sites usually steal credit card and personnal information but some sites are to get Neopet and coke points.
