So I have only seen him and 1 other person have this and Yavn has even been quoted they have done the boy's Pirate Costume which looks like the magic but he is not allowed to show it yet. I even saw him say this exact thing. So I know it has not been out yet...

This is everything I have been told so far...

He is a tester hidden
He is a hacker
It is a bug just like changing clothes while doing pirate magic
It is the hat he and the other boy got it early
Yavn gave it to him for a gift

How do I get 7 answers? Someone is wrong, beta people I am for sure are wrong because yavn has said it comes out later. Everything else seems legit so does anyone know FOR SURE. Not what you have been told. Maybe what you heard from yavn about it.

That was my original post but then I heard from the very reliable source, CL_MrGenie, the exact reason why Baby has the hat...

"Baby was created with the hat during Cast Member Beta (before the public beta period). There were others with the hat, but he was the only one who kept playing into the public beta period. Similarly, SqueakyToy was created with the spacesuit helmet during Cast Member Beta. She was the only one with a "bubble" until the DLR 50th Celebration Weekend, when the spacesuit went on sale.

This is the truth. Anyone else is just wrong or pulling your leg. "

Also baby him self came to the post and said...

SoarinSoarin does not have the bird.
No I do not know if and when they will sell it."

I still don't know how SoarinSoarin, the only other person reported with that hat, has it but that is I guess a question for another day.

Just so everyone knows I have seen a picture of quotes by yavn and there will be two pirate costumes out later on.

Ok let me explain what I know. A close friend of mine is Baby's sister in law. So though I can't go into all details about it Baby's character was created with that hat. The only other person I have seen that has it is SoarinSoarin and that might have been a gift from yavn but I have no clue as to Soarin. So I hope that helps somewhat. Maybe Baby if and when he comments can clear things up.

Thanks genie it has just been anoying me why he gets it. I can't wait until I become a cast member next year lol. I think I have decided to join the Disney University and become cast for my career.

he was here since testing he is my friends brother in law and he was here since testing and they gave him the hat and my friend asked him if she could wear it and he said YES!!

So maybe genie will know this because I don't think SoarinSoarin is or was a cast member. How does he have a hat? Also why is his birdless? And yavn said costume will be sold later for whoever didn't know if it would come out. They need to make costumes more fair so I don't think their will be any girl only costumes anymore without boy only. I don't want to wear a dress but still not fair we get less stuff.

What you say is different than what genie said I know Genie is very knowledgable. Genie can we keep this open a bit. I know very many people are confused by the Baby thing when they first see him. This would be pretty good resource for them to find out.

So according to this guide which CL_Kaironzet gets from testers your theory about how Baby's hat will not be out I think is proven wrong. Take a look at this...

I don't understand why this was created. Baby is a active member at the forums, a simple PM would have done nicely. Baby is usually found on the roof's pool. But thats a secret.

Because I have aksed him numerous times in the game and all he says is 'I am the First VMK Pirate." Not very helpful lol so I thought asking on here would be pointless too. Also lots of people are confused so if this is here, EVERYONE can see it. I want everyone to know. Please don't close it there is nothing wrong with this thread and lots of people are confused and not very happy at the fact that they are the only two with the hat. So I know we can't solve the anger of not having it but at least people can know what it is. I don't see what is wrong with this thread. It helps people, G rated, doesn't talk about "taken" or anything.

There is numerous threads dealing with Baby's hat, and he WDW1000 membership to VMK. Using the Search Button helps.
