I just pressed the reply button on my email and answered the questions, then sent it

you reply to the question email that you recieve to them, from your email.

you should then recieve an email 'we recieved your email' that you do not reply too, and wait a while for a third email with either new questions to reply to, or one saying that i am sorry you were not chosen.
