As you know, we reviewed your application and
decided that you had the right stuff to be a
great Community Leader. Unfortunately, a
technical problem meant that you did not get our
email explaining how it all works. So, here it is!

The next time you log in to VMK you'll have a
special Community Leader badge: a Sorcerer's Hat
and your name will start with CL_ (eg CL_ione).
This is so that other players will see you really
know VMK inside out.

If you are really helpful to other players (and
no one complains about you to us!), after some
time we will move you to the next level. If you
are banned for any reason, you will lose your
Community Leader status and badge.

So, you're badged up and ready to get helping! We
can't provide any special support to you as
Community Leaders, so you're on your own out
there. But we think you'll be OK - after all you
know VMK like the back of your hand!

If at any time you want to report another player,
or you can't help a player yourself, please use
the Call for Help function to alert a VMK Staff
member.

And, if at any time you want to stop being a
Community Leader, please contact us using the VMK
Help Tool, choosing 'I want to feedback on a
Community Leader'.

Reasons *I* should be a community leader:

1. I am on VMK constantly!
2. I do my best to help ppl around me in the
Kingdom, whether it be warning some one they are
doing something wrong (before a cast member does!
EEK) or telling people how to get through the
cave in the Hide 'n Seek Forest or even telling
people what is wrong with things in there rooms
that are caused by bugs and the like
(*cough*pictures not coming off*cough* lol)
3. I have never been banned or warned by a CM :)
4. I abide by the rules of VMK :)
5. I have over 200 posts on the fansite lol :)
You guys should check it out it is cool ^-^
5. I help ppl in need :) Usualy when they need a question answered :)
6. It would be an honor I am willing to take to
help people on VMK who have only the VMK cold or
the VMK flu (I have the VMK bug, the most
terrible and fun of any disease lol)
7. I am hardworking and determined(just look at
my guest room! IT has 40+ coffin teleporters lol
i hope to get more soon!).

This position on VMK means alot to me :)
However, If I don't get to be a community leader,
I will still be happily playing VMK 24/7/365 (or
should I say 15/7/365 lol)

Now that I have played the game for a while I have decided not to fill out this form again. Actually, One reason is I do not want my member name changed, since it was already changed once. My name would change from WDWTiggerRT to CL_WDWTigge I would be bummed :-)

Just wondering- Today I applied to be a CL, but when I pushed next after typing my reasons why I wanted to be a CL, it said 'Problem in Help tool'. Did my CL application get through or not? I'm a bit confuzzled.

I would heart being VMK_sonofshine..they wouldn't even have to pay me LOL ok...well they could give me a few credits lol ;) ...although as it said in my application (more or less) Make me into something and i will be happy, dont make me into something i will be happy :)

VMK_(insert name here) all work in Ca. Where they test the game. They have to be localized to be able to talk to one another.

I applied yesturday for CL. I already got a letter back with things I have to do before they will make their choice. although CL_Enderz I like the sounds of that. and if the next level does mean what everyone thinks it means VMK_Enderz I like the sound of that too. lol

lol i got the sme email exept i had to wait a week

it was questions of some sort. I already answered them and sent it back. I will probibly hear from VMK on sunday morning. seems like they answer all the stuff late at night or in the morning.

I am guessing since the help option was like the black hole. I am thinking VMK put somone incharge of writing back to people now. I bet he is loving his job.

Well I already know that VMK_---- answer the call for help questions. Many times when I talk to them they say they are also answering questions from calls from help. But maybe CL's will help with that. I'm not sure though.

I got like 3 replies... one i sent back during beta on how much i love the place.. and 3 on how since i have not re applied they were dumping my CL application....

I still haven't recieved this "Top Secret" e-mail from VMK :(

I got 9 e-mails from VMK in the past two days. The first six were all canned responses to my beta submissions (still nice to get some feedback). The next two were regarding the CL application process. The last (today) informed me of being a CL (which I have been for a week and a half) and explained the name change/new badge. I get the impression that they just now realized these e-mails weren't going out all along. Oh well, better late than never! :)

Well, it says VMK IS FOR ALL AGES. So even if your age was one, you could still play.

i can't belive wat just happened! I spent about 15 minutes writing a very nice and i think pleasing apply lol to find out that i have not been on vmk long enough to become a cl. i have got a here from day 1 badge and been on for ages - why can i not be a cl - i love VMK!

I sent in my questions on Saturday but from what I have been hearing from current CLs is that it takes a while for the VMK staff to choose CLs and send out the emails.. :sadd2:

Agreed, if you don't want to put in your age, then no reason for Disney to trust you as their next community leader ;) It's Disney, c'mon -_- Besides, is it not against the law to lie about your age?(Aspecially to surpass COPPA regulations....)
