Anyone know or hear what the combine button with pins is for?

I presumed that it would let us combine 2 items and make a new unique item dont think its working yet I couldnt find a way to highlight more than 1 item

I haven't seen that function. I take it it's in our stuff box with the furniture/clothing/credits/etc but in the pins section?

havent figured out how to get two magic pins yet, LOL

They are supposed to be one of the top ranking prizes in the Pirates game. However I also heard from CM_Bambi that they will be available at DLR and WDW starting in July with the virtual park quests. (And I move to WDW June 13th! Hurry June 13th!!!)

Can't wait to see what the quests will be like and what they entail! :)

Last night Yavn said that Combine only works with magic pins. You can use it to combine two of the same magic pin to make the effect last longer. You can combine up to four pins, but once you combine them you can't uncombine them.

But of course! I was chating with Mr.Lunatix about my move and being a major photography fiend in the Magic Pins thread! I am so looking forward to being a field reporter for VMKFansite, unofficially, once I get down there and report back with any and everything I find out! It'll be great fun to share all this exciting new VMK stuff from WDW! Now we need some folks near DLR to do the same! :)

i live in Canada and i've on;y been to Disney once. but thats ok i'll get them one way or another lol. I have been trying to get another invisible pin to compbine it but no1 wants to trade and i don't feel like beating pirates 40 times again :P

Ungh, don't remind me. My Pirate skills are amazing with level three, but I've lost my touch at level 1. I suffered a humiliating defeat to a computer opponent. But back on topic. Does anyone find that the concept of FOUR invisibility magic pins a bit excessive? It lasts a long time by itself and to have it last 4 times as long is a bit overwhelming.

I agree. If I somehow managed to get multiple magic pins, I think I'd save them for trading rather than combine them. Or, maybe I would just keep them all to myself and chant, "My preciousssss!" over and over every time I count them.

I did combine two fireworks pins and two invisibility pins it is neat and it does last longer but I do not think I would combine anymore with them. I agree I think the effect would be too long. It is too long with the two that I combined.

If you combine more than one fireworks pin together you have fireworks display that will last a little longer than just one pin does. I haven't seen any benefit to combining more than l teleportation. It doesn't get you anywhere any longer but invisibility pin makes you invisible longer than just one pin. I think you can combine up to five pins of the same. You can't combine different magic pins to make something new. They have to be the same pins. :xmas24:

Due to the 6 month bump, I'm 99.9 percent sure Bezoar knows what the combine button means.
