Since he's just a computer program (and a very handsome one at that), if he got wet, he would short circuit.... That would be kinda cool though, little yellow Disney ponchos with Mickey on the back.... Then there would have to be VMK weather too..... or at least a day/night cycle or something.....hmmm....
