I don't know the link, but here is how I do it.

Sign onto an account. On the main vmk page, click 'enter kingdom' until the original account you logged in to goes back to the login page. Once you get that open, click 'enter kingdom' until another login screen opens. Log in in the second screen, then log in in the first screen.

That makes it sound really complicated, but its not that hard.

save the vmk log-in page to your favorites. to add it to your favorites press F11 on your keyboard at the log-in screen.
then all you have to do is open two different internet explorer windows and open the log in page on both of them

I use Firefox and IE. Open them both and go log in, or use different computers to do it.

just open one log in screen and press ctrl + n and another will pop up :) very simple
